Leupold VX-Freedom 3-9x40 CDS Duplex Riflescope
The Leupold VX-Freedom 3-9x40 CDS combines simple operation, dependable optical performance and a versatile magnification range for hunting and recreational shooting. Its lightweight design and classic Duplex reticle make it well suited to a wide variety of hunting conditions in Namibia.
The included Custom Dial System® (CDS) allows the elevation dial to be customised to match specific ballistic information, including ammunition, muzzle velocity and environmental conditions. Once configured, the shooter can adjust for distance using the marked dial rather than relying only on holdover estimates.
Built around Leupold’s Advanced Optical System, the VX-Freedom provides reliable light transmission, effective glare reduction and clear image quality in changing outdoor conditions. The 3–9x magnification range provides a wide field of view at lower power and additional detail when shooting or observing at longer distances.

Custom Dial System® – CDS
The Leupold CDS provides a customised ballistic elevation solution based on the chosen ammunition and rifle setup. A custom dial can be marked for specific distances, allowing the shooter to adjust the elevation quickly and confidently in the field.
This model uses a CDS elevation adjustment but does not include a pre-configured BDC dial.
