Shipping Policy – Kalahari Gear & Optics

At Kalahari Gear & Optics, we aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Delivery times depend on product availability and may vary due to supplier, courier, import, or other unforeseen delays.

Processing & Delivery Times

Items in Stock:
Orders for products currently in stock are generally processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days.

Items That Need to Be Ordered:
Products that are not immediately available and need to be ordered from our suppliers generally have an estimated lead time of 2–4 weeks.

Please note that all delivery and lead times are estimates only and may vary. We will communicate significant delays where possible.

Courier, Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been collected by or handed over to the courier, the parcel is in the care of the courier service. Kalahari Gear & Optics cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or delays that occur while the parcel is in transit where these circumstances are outside our control.

We will, however, assist customers where reasonably possible with courier enquiries or claims.

Reporting Missing or Damaged Orders

Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery and inspecting their order as soon as it is received.

Any missing, damaged, incomplete, or undelivered parcel must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Claims reported after this 48-hour period may be more difficult to investigate, and Kalahari Gear & Optics reserves the right not to approve a replacement, refund, or claim where the delay in reporting prevents us or the courier from reasonably investigating the matter.

Please retain all packaging, labels, photographs, and proof of damage until your claim has been resolved.
